HL Petroleum Linear Shale Shaker HZS604*2 Has Been Successfully Delivered

HL Petroleum successfully delivered a set of double combination linear shale shaker HZS604*2 to the client on April 23, 2024. Mud shale shaker vibrating screen is the first-level treatment equipment for solid-liquid separation system of drilling fluid, and an important part of the mud recovery and reuse system. Proper use of solids control shale shakers can help control drilling fluid costs and increase drilling profits. HL Petroleum designed this double combination linear motion vibrating screen HZS604*2 based on the client's on-site needs. Its processing capacity is up to 280m³/h (1,232GPM) and screen area is 5.4㎡, which can effectively handle a large amount of mud in a short time. The use of one side of this vibrating screen does not affect the work, inspection and maintenance of the other side. The whole machine adopts explosion-proof circuit design and motor, fully considering the personal safety of operators. The application of frame composite screen makes it more durable.
