HL Petroleum exports 10 mud vibrating screens to Uzbekistan

A key component of the process is the mud shale shaker, a piece of equipment designed to remove large solids and debris from drilling mud.

Drilling mud is a mixture of water, clay, polymers and additives that plays an important role in oilfield drilling. It cools and lubricates the drill bit, brings cuttings to the surface, and maintains wellbore stability. As drilling proceeds, the mud can accumulate a variety of contaminants, including large solids and shale chunks. These impurities can hinder drilling performance, damage equipment and compromise the integrity of the wellbore. The mud vibrating screen is the first stage of mud treatment in handling these drilling fluids. By utilizing a vibrating screen, the vibrating screen effectively separates large particles from the drilling mud, allowing the drilling fluid to be recycled for further use, a process that significantly increases drilling efficiency and reduces operational downtime.

Recently, a customer from Uzbekistan purchased 10 sets of mud vibrating screens from our factory. Our factory has completed the test and is ready to ship them.
