The cuttings dryer is a vertical scraper discharge centrifuge, which separates the solid and liquid phases through the principle of centrifugal separation. The cuttings dryer can recover the liquid phase in the cuttings and make the solid phase very dry, it is suitable for water-based mud, oil-based mud and synthetic-based mud, which can recover the mud in drilling cuttings, thereby reducing drilling costs and environmental pollution. Its processing capacity is 40 to 60 tons per hour, and the liquid/oil content of the treated drill cuttings is lower than 5%, which is in line with international emission standards and environmental protection requirements.
The oil-based mud adopts the centrifugal principle, and the well site is equipped with advanced centrifuges and dryers. Through timely collection and processing, the oil-based mud can be separated from solid and liquid on site, and the solids can be directly separated.
After being pulled away for harmless and resourceful treatment, it can be used to make cement, and the separated waste mineral oil can be directly used for oil-based mud. Not only resources are recycled, but also the cost and risk of pulling and transportation are reduced, and the recycling and processing of hazardous solid waste is realized.
