Mud Pump Spray System Details
The oilfield mud pump spray system is mainly composed of a spray pump, a cooling water tank and a spray pipe. Its function is to cool and flush the cylinder liner and piston necessary to improve the life of the cylinder liner piston.
The spray pump is a centrifugal pump. There are two driving methods. One is driven by the mud pump shaft head with a pulley. Its speed depends on the size of the mud pump sprint. The flow rate of the spray pump cannot meet the requirements of use at low strokes; One is a spray pump driven by a motor alone, which is also called an electric spray pump. Its speed is not affected by the number of strokes. At present, electric spray pumps are widely used in major oil fields.
The cooling medium of the spray pump is clean water or JH-1 water-based lubricating coolant.
