What are the safety precautions for vacuum degassers?
The vacuum degasser needs to pay attention to the following safety warnings during use:
1. The user needs to prepare a power system that meets the requirements of the vacuum degasser equipment manual. If the user changes the electrical system standard by himself and causes damage to the motor, the company will not bear any responsibility.
When the equipment is to be used in a hazardous location, the user shall not change the electrical standards without written permission.
2. The power supply of vacuum degasser must be 380V, 50Hz three-phase AC.
3. If the vacuum degasser of our company is not used, the mud in the vacuum tank should be drained and stored in a sheltered place where the ambient temperature is not lower than -30°C and the relative humidity is not higher than 90%.
4. The working environment temperature of the
vacuum degasser should be within the range of -30℃～+60℃. If it exceeds this range, please contact the manufacturer in time.
5. It is strictly forbidden to scrape, burn and weld on the surface of the equipment without taking reasonable protective measures, because these operations will produce toxic gases and dust, which will cause harm to human health.
