Hello everyone! Today I will introduce a cooling pump for oil drilling mud pump - 32SB180J-2.2 electric spray pump. It is mainly used for cooling and flushing the cylinder liner of the mud pump to improve its service life.
This spray pump is a centrifugal pump. There are two driving ways for this spray pump. One is driven by a pulley installed on the shaft head of the mud pump, which is the 32PL spray pump. Its speed depends on the force of the mud pump stroke. The capacity can not meet the requirements of use at low strokes ; the other is a spray pump driven by a motor, also called an electric spray pump, its speed is not affected by the force of strokes. At present, this electric spray pumps are widely used in major oil fields.
