Hello everyone, today I’d like to introduce our vertical centrifugal degasser, which combines the injection pump and the separation tank into one. When the main shaft of the degasser rotates, the gas-invaded drilling fluid is first pumped by the pump wheel at the lower part of the degasser into the upper separation chamber, when the separation blade rotates, the drilling fluid is driven to rotate, forming a thin wall of drilling fluid turbulence on the inner wall of the separation chamber cylinder, so that the bubbles in the drilling fluid are quickly broken and discharged from the exhaust pipe. After discharge, the degassed mud continues to rise to the drain port and is discharged into the tank.
