2. Before sealing, it is necessary to carefully remove the dirt, vent all parts of the hydraulic end, and clean it with clean water.
3. Drain the lubricating oil from the bottom of the gear box at the power end and remove the deposits on the bottom.
4. All bearing, crosshead, gears, piston rods, intermediate rods and other parts are coated with anti-rust oil on the processed surfaces.
5. Apply lubricating grease to the processing surface of each part of the fluid end.
6. Both the suction port and the discharge port should be covered with blind plates.
